I am a leader, deeply oriented towards people, detail-oriented but pragmatic, very good listener but still oriented towards action and who enjoys growing others. But I also have a very strong technical background :-) I happen to have 10+ years of experience working remotely, including in leadership positions. In my roles, I have never stopped to experiment in order to keep moving towards mastery. I reorganized teams in a smooth way, I managed to limit damages when shutting down projects, and I have always been working with trust and respect. How did I come to this point? I chose to enter the free software world years ago during my studies, and had a lot of fun there. Then I got lucky and had the chance to continue contributing to projects during my career, and to grow to the person I am today.
