As a supply chain analyst in a fast growing multinational scale-up, my main task was solving problems and identifying opportunities. Soon after starting at foodora, I was trusted with making data-driven improvements and recommendations to both foodora NL and foodora global. Furthermore, I helped scale foodora and make their processes more efficient through automation.One of my biggest achievements was extensive research on where to open new cities. This data-driven research helped us to convince foodora management to open certain cities and avoid others. Another project I was heavily involved in had the goal of improving rider KPIs (time at the restaurant, average speed, mistakes etc.). We made this process interactive by actively involving the riders, praising great behavior and showcasing the best. I loved seeing how the data helped riders see how they could improve and many of them saw improving their numbers as a game (months with no mistakes for example).

Customer support and project management for a startup mainly selling on Groupon. It taught me how to deal with both happy and angry customers. We helped start up this company in the Netherlands when our boss was still living and working in London. This was an amazing first experience on how it is to help build something from scratch.

Walking around with a tank of beer on your back on festivals and concerts was a very informative experience for me.
