CurrentAs Application Administrator, I was responsible for managing a wide range of systems, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AFAS, All Solutions, Fris, Jira, and various payment providers. A significant part of my role involved the administration and migration of platforms.for the Google to Microsoft Migration, I led the full-scale migration of all data, mail services, and functionalities from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.Integrated Microsoft Azure Active Directory to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) across applications, improving security and user accessibility.Designed a SharePoint and Teams environment, providing an optimized structure for collaboration, file sharing, and communication within the organization.besides that I Migrated AFAS Profit 2 to AFAS Profit 3, including data migration and configuration of workflows.Managed integrations and connections between various third-party applications and the core IT ecosystem.Provided administrative support and enhancements for platforms such as LRP (membership registration) and Salesforce, ensuring operational continuity.Offered hands-on technical support for colleagues, troubleshooting hardware issues (e.g., laptops) and resolving network-related challenges.Maintained and managed the network patch cabinet, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity for the organization.Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementActed as a key advisor to stakeholders, ensuring that the IT systems aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and user requirements.Provided training and documentation to end users, enabling a smooth transition during platform migrations and system updates.The most challenging part of this role was the end-to-end migration of the Google Workspace environment (mail, Drive, Calendar, and associated tools) to Microsoft 365 in 2 months. This project required extensive planning, stakeholder communication, and technical expertise to deliver a successful transformation with minimal disruption.
