'Woeha!' is a non-profit organization that invests in the development of basic needs (like clean water and education) for villages in the Amhara region in central Ethiopia.

During my role as KAM, I was my responsibility to sell, negotiate, set up activations for different brands (tailored to the customer), etc. I was able to build a relationship and growth with 4 retailers (incl. top 3). Next to this, I succeeded in launching the first A-brands (Côte D'Or) at Aldi.

Took on three different roles during my management traineeship:1. Product Change Manager BNLDuring this role, I developed my project management skills every day. I learned to lead meetings, influence decision makers while keeping track of costs and timings.2. Junior Brand Manager StimorolHere I learned to set up (in-store) campaigns, manage a category, analyze and report figures.
