Job duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Design and prototype parts and products for the Har-Bach Family of Companies• Develop PLC and HMI programs for industrial automation equipment• Setup, maintain, and operate a 3D printing farm for rapid prototyping as well as production parts• Create CAD models and manufacturing drawings for new and existing products/equipment• Create digital & print content for marketing (brochures, business cards, magazine and internet ads, etc...)• Aid in customer installations, support, and training activities• Aid in the creation and managements of company social media accounts• Aid in the creation of product documentation

Responsible for all product development initiatives, including existing products and new products throughout the complete product life cycleJob duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Create product designs that fulfill the company's strategic goals while integrating the needs of marketing, sales, and manufacturing• Oversee consultants and suppliers in developing, manufacturing, and testing components/products/control systems• Develop and maintain CAD models and manufacturing drawings• Create graphics, renders, illustrations, and logos for marketing and product documentation• Write brand style guide for Weld Revolution/SpinArc advertising• Design, create, and publish marketing materials and product documentation• Process service requests, evaluate warranty claims, quote and complete repair work• Help develop and implement QC inspection procedures• Support manufacturing, sales, marketing, technical support, quality assurance, and supply chain activities as needed• Oversee the company's IT requirements
