After several years of running the Shanghai office for Wiredcraft, I took over the role of CEO, overseeing operations and growth in China and abroad. - Supported Wiredcraft efforts and customers project by handling server side activities,- Co-founded and developed devo.ps - a SaaS platform targeted for developers, to automate and manage servers / code without ops expertise.

- Manage and lead the operation team of 25 engineers/support staff,- Work on the design and architecture of NetCloud infrastructure (Monitoring / Backup framework / Security / Deployment framework / etc.) - Perform ticket assignment and review, priority management among tasks / projects / alerts on an hourly basis,- Manage 1000+ Linux servers (200+ customers – all custom build / take over),- Monitor 1000+ servers and network equipments status (>250 checks/host) using Zabbix,- Architect, design and build platforms with scalability, security and performance concerns for web platforms (game / web / e-marketing / e-commerce / SNS / real-time),- Audit system and security of customers' platforms leading to the creation of a list of recommendations,- Performed 24x7 support in response to monitoring alerts and customer emergency requests,- Created and reviewed procedures for operation / support / setup,- Collaborated to the creation of the training program – 2 months of intensive training for new engineers

- Managed a multinational team of three,- Secured and stabilized the local network (DNS – DHCP – IMAP – Share Folders – User Authentication – Backup) based on FreeBSD and Mac OSX servers,- Customized client management tools (SugarCRM) to be compatible with Chinese market,- Developed various SugarCRM modules to extend its features and match ACPG activity (distribution, mailing, VIP, events, etc.),- Localized and set up SugarCRM into ACPG offices (Bangkok, HongKong and Singapore).

- Led the Intranet group (3 persons from IT and communication dept.) until Intranet development completion,- Developed the Intranet to enhance inter-departments communication (daily reports of production, news, etc.)- Performed security audits, leading to the definition of the end-user security policy, servers upgrade, network recast,- Upgraded Windows authentication servers from PDC (NT4) to AD (Win2003), scheduled and converted the 250 workstations authentication method.

- Created tools to analyze and provide statistics on the BTS/BSC disjunctions and define failure patterns for further upgrade,- Studied the reliability of France Telecom rented links, leading to a 20% decrease in overall costs,- Defined a set of queries based on BusinessObjects to follow reactivity of the exploitation dept. technicians,- Assisted the exploitation manager to his department reorganization (sector redefinition based upon location / reliability of the equipment / required number of technicians).
