Vincent has broad experience in leading innovation and organizational change. Over the years Vincent led various extensive transformation initiatives within various organisations and departments.Vincent started his career within Rabobank where he took on several commercial roles (equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, lending, relationship banking) in senior positions, before taking the lead on the digital transformation of the wholesale clients department. After which he accepted the challenge to innovate within a law firm. Being very passionate about innovation and change, he combines his work with innovation coach for Startupbootcamp in Amsterdam.
