VISION is a large scale mainframe application using CICS transactions and access to the DB2 Version 9 database was done via SQL. Software changes were made using Endevor in a TSO/ISPF environment. Provided Time and Cost estimates, System Requirements and Design using Verizon's structured development frameworks as lead technical analyst for several projects. Project documentation was completed using Microsoft Word and XCEL. Led legacy screen retirement project that included eliminating business process gaps in replacement front end systems.
