Achieve improved financials primarily by re-negotiating and consolidating low margin carry forward assortments, mitigating cost increases by dual bidding while resourcing from duty free COPs, and consolidating to assortment packs to reduce waste, OOS, and freight cost. Which lead to the highest department margin within the entire Home and Hardline categories within Target in 2022 and 2023.• Collaborated with global partners through new partnership launches, and helped create a new strategy and vision for division wide changes to help with global balance, vendor matrix optimization, tracking vendors and consumers KPI, and helping Target achieve our financial goals while meeting the guests price point.• Leverage negotiation skills and costing expertise to ensure quality/cost, and deliver maximum bottom-line value. Able to deliver over $2 million in savings even during the global freight shortage and factory shutdowns during COVID 19 by moving production to neighboring countries and reducing lead time and OOS.• Collaborated with a cross-functional team including Target Merchants and Planners to turn ideas into the merchandise on stores’ shelves and on our online channels.
