This position included responsibilities of running a bar, and leading the team while working together to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. From duty rosters to stock counts, this position strengthened my ability to manage time and workloads while working together with various people from different backgrounds and ethnicities. I was also responsible for creating new drinks and conduct training courses with staff to ensure proper service conduct and quality food and beverage.
