Transfered to manage SBU - Data Acquisition & Control and prepared to establish another new subsidiary - MOXA Automation Ltd. In this phase, MOXA Inc. kept on investing diverse business and market.

Responsible for the P&L of Industrial Ethernet Solution Business include wireline, wireless, & video products.After the great success of MOXA Networking, MOXA Ltd. transferred as a Holding company - MOXA Inc. and merged MOXA Networking Ltd., MOXA System Ltd..

Responsible for product planning and marketing of MOXA's world famous Industrial Ethernet Solution.Expand new product lines - Industrial Wireless Solution, Industrial Video Server, Network Management Software.With funding from MOXA Ltd., the core-team established an independent company - MOXA Networking. Ltd. in order to focus on developing the Networking business.

Responsible for product planning and marketing promotion of MOXA NPort Device Server.Responsible for new business development - developed the world famous MOXA Industrial Ethernet Switch/Router product lines.In this phase, Moxa was the TOP 3 Serial-Connectivity Solution Company worldwide. Since the Serial-Connectivity market was mature and stable, Moxa was looking for another new segment to boost the growth.

Responsible for HW design and team management. Design the first ASIC of MOXA. Also design and maintain the HW of Async-Server (Which become the Industry famous brand - NPort Device Server)In this phase, Moxa built solid multi-port serial board business and expanded another product line with network-based technology.

Responsible for HW design of all Moxa Multiport serial board.In this phase, Moxa was a Taiwan local based company and started to work on oversea market.
