Annual Purchasing volume over 20 Mio EUR (CY2011 and Kunshan plant only).Set up the commodity team with the growth of business (from 1 to 4 members) and established supplier database for China region.Sourced and developed over 20 new local suppliers for 3 plants.Coordinating Europe Engineering/Quality and China Quality team for localization programs (BMW PL2/L7 Gearboxes, Ford F-Family Gearboxes). Achieved 1,000K EUR savings in two years (2010/2011) by localization activities.Managing the cost book/budget for new local program and launching in new plant (Shenyang, Brilliance A3 program).Supporting program team on supplier sourcing for Chongqing new plant (Chang’an, C201/CD101).Supporting global programs launching in Kunshan and Shenyang (Daimler V212, BMW L7/E84).
