- Manage assigned customer portfolios effectively.- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by establishing good rapport and trust with customers.- Seek out new business opportunities as per sales plan.- Ability to work independently with product team to formulate proposal & solution to meet customer’s requirement.- Prepare tender documentations such as proposal, WFC, Drawing, etc.- Provide technical advise and solution to client when necessaries. - Effective planning and organizing sales visit.- Self-improvement on technical knowledge in the company’s range of products.- Handle all channel partners in Malaysia.- Active in Oil & Gas, Oleochemical, Palm Oil industry and Power Industry. - The instruments involve Temperature Sensor & Gauges, Thermowell, Pressure Gauges, Pressure Transmitter (transducer), Pressure Switches, with other accessories such as Gauge saver, Manifold, flushing ring etc.
