• Accountable for all plant financial controlling activities• Accountable for Financial Planning and Analysis, supporting plant management in preparing annual budget, periodical forecasts and monthly financial reporting and ensuring reliability of cost accounting and reporting; • Monitoring and benchmark weekly and monthly operating results against the budget, presenting results and recommendations to the management • Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing process• Accountable for inventory raw materials and finished good; provision analysis.• Accountable for yield raw materials monitoring. • Support business decisions and cost continuous improvement projects; • Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions and business cases.• Prepare reporting/documentations in order to participate in the periodical Business Meeting Reviews (weekly- monthly)• Develop budgets and forecast of P&L of Plant• Manufacturing KPIs• Variance analysis (PPV, Direct Labor, material)• Product cost control (Bill of materials , routings)• Monitoring people KPI ( FTE , holiday, absenteeism rate, overtime )• Develop and optimization the monthly production plan in term of people and shift needed.
