About Vincenzo Messinese

I deal to analyze and develop about the client software for the ATMs.I am also committed to the project management, in which I perform a role as team leader, and the staff training.As analyst, I verify customers' requests and their requirements, through the evaluate of functional and technical aspects.Each development activity need to an evaluation of requirements and a technical analysis in order to design the best solution.I am always looking for improvement, inquiring about new technologies and new programming languages. I don't care about criticism because I pay attention gladly in order to evaluate them.As a hobby, I read books about different arguments among my study course, such as psycology and neuro-linguistic programming. I often read LinkedIn articles about leadership and productivity improvement in order to search advice for my work and my life.
