Senior Internal Auditor - (from 2014 to date) – I have been working in the Internal Audit Sector of “Be Group” since 2014. The activity consists of: operational Audits (business processes), financial Audits and compliance Audits (including to the MOG/ex D. Lgs 231/01), risk analysis, risk assessment and Audit Plan. Chief Financial Officer - (from 2005 to 2013) – I started working at “Be Group” in 2005 as the Chief Financial Officer of Data Service S.p.A., in order to help the Group to solve vast economic and financial issues. During about 9 years, with three different operating cycles, the executive team of the “Group” has seen an excellent “turn around” and these results have been obtained first through vigorous reorganization activities and then new business development. Gandalf Airline S.p.A., was a regional airline carrying business passengers which achieved an annual turnover of approximately € 50 millions, with 11 aircrafts in fleet, 300,000 passengers per year and about 300 employees.The headquarters were at the Orio al Serio (Bergamo) airport, and the shares of the company were listed in the Milan Stock Exchange Market.I worked as Chief Financial Officer reporting to the President and the CEO of the company. I was in charge of the following activities:- cash-management,- relationships with banks,- accounting and preparation of annual financial statements and consolidated, interim financial statements and quarterly financial statements,- preparation of business plans and budget, - controlling, - relationships with internal and external auditors.I also worked on a very strong reorganization process, which resulted in:- new agreements with the leasing company, which financed aircrafts in the fleet, while obtaining a period of moratorium on payment installments, - agreements with banks for the consolidation of debt, - agreements with creditors with payment plans in the medium term,- reduction of staff of about 100 units, - cost reduction, - capital increase offered on the Stock Exchange. Furthermore, I was in charge for managing the transfer of aeronautical activities, with particular reference to the "spare parts” of the aircrafts, sold by Gandalf to Alitalia Express, regional airline owned by Alitalia.Managing director of Italy Airlines – small regional company which was based in Rome/Ciampino and Pescara.

I worked as Manager of Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance, a company belonging to one of the largest international consultancy groups. The activities I carried out mainly concerned: - corporate finance advisory (IPO, ecc…)- valuation services,- preparation and analysis of business plans,- “due diligence”,- risk management, - cash management,- preparation of procedures for banks. I carried out these activities in different sectors, such as banking, finance, transport services, manufacturing and sports. I was part of very important and challenging projects, including the selection of banking institutions to whom entrust the huge Treasury, previously centralized in Bank of Italy, of a very large and important Entity.

I worked as Managing Director of Eurasia S.p.A., a private consultancy company.The goals of the company were to help Italian companies to develop their business and investments towards the Far East Markets and in particular towards China. I went to China and to other Far East Countries several times in order to create a network of business and to check the different investments opportunities offered.

Centrosim was one of the major Sim (Society of Intermediation of Securities authorized under Law1/91), that belonged to the Italian Popular Banks, which was active as a broker of securities on the Stock Exchange Market.I worked in Cetrosim as Chief Financial Officer and I was involved in: - cash-flow management and payment of suppliers, - accounting and financial statements, tax policies. I managed the relationship with internal and external auditors and the relations with the Authorities. I was also the chief of the Settlement and Administrative sector of securities belonging to customers of the company.

The Group was active in the following activities: i) trading on bond and stock markets, ii) management of private assets, iii) corporate finance (mainly syndicated loans). During the first few years I worked as a trader on the Bonds market and I was in charge also for the back–office sector; afterwards I became the chief of the Administration and Finance of the Group and I was involved in :- cash-flow management and payment of suppliers, - accounting and financial statements and tax policies. I managed the relationship with internal and external auditors and the relations with the Authorities.
