CurrentI lead the product management team for Almawave, helping clients automate and digitalize their businesses using AI. Today, my main challenge is to unlock the potential of generative AI through an "aware adoptionAs Head of Product, I work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to build products that help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company, valuing the ability to move quickly. I lead a team of product managers through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products. I establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities that lead to effective product execution. I integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Additionally, I define and analyze metrics to inform the success of our products.Outside of the office, I’m is a proud father, I study to continuously improve my skills in product management, AI and software development, I participated as a keynote speaker at AI conferences, and I always tries to find time to listen to and play music, practice sports, and read fiction books.
