I have gained a solid experience in Suply Chain, Purchasing and Manufacturing proceses acquired in multinational companies leaders for their industries as Automotive, Agricultural and Construction Equipments , managing International supplies, Purchasing processes, Industrial planning , on highly complex global perimeters. Knowing how to manage change and implement new processes are hallmarks of my management skills. The main challenges included managing the interchange of components between different regions, planning and control of 6 automotive plants, management of suppliers and their production capacities within supply chain processes, management of critical supplies to support more than 60 production plants, implementation of purchasing procedures and processes and, finally, implementation of the organizations and information systems needed to manage activities.My leadership is characterized by being determined to achieve goals, on time, and being able to create a proactive and inclusive work climate, taking care for the professional growth of the team.
