A talented Sales and Operations Manager experienced in project management, employee development, and creating and implementing policies and procedures. Before being medically discharged from the army, I served as a Platoon Leader and earned the Command Sgt Major Gold Coin for Most Outstanding Soldier in advanced individual training out of 400+ soldiers. This achievement speaks to the commitment I have to lead and help develop people. My current work experience is with a local moving company where I've been promoted four times in four years of employment and am currently Director of Sales and Operations. I began my career at Two Men And A Truck as an Assistant Operations Manager and was quickly promoted to a Site Manager. From there, I was later promoted to the Director of Sales & Marketing before leaving the company for four months for personal reasons. I returned as the Assistant Director of Operations and was moved into the Director role after 6 months. I spent three years in the insurance industry, assisting small business owners with their health and life insurance needs. Within the first six months on the team I quickly became one of the top sales agents in the division and earned a number of incentives, trips, and prizes. In my best week, I sold over $36,000 worth of policies and tallied over $500,000 in my best year. My managers utilized me as a field sales trainer to coach new representatives.I'm very active in health and fitness and spent 2 years opening and managing 24 hour fitness centers. I was hired as the first manager for a small franchise in South Bend, IN and built a membership base that was devoted to a healthy life style. During my time with the company, I assisted in opening another franchise in Ohio and relocated to Anderson, IN to open and run a third fitness center.
