I was responsible for building a Business Development Center for the car dealership. My role was to hire, develop and train a team to successfully bring traffic into the dealership via phone. I managed and maintained the generation of sales leads. Created customer support with the development on the team and helped train the sales staff to maintain their own leads, both old and current. Maintained a database which held all the leads, numbers and profit margins brought in by the BDC dept.
