Served on the Barclay Beach Club condominium board as Treasurer for one year and as President for three years, (2012-2016). Responsible for Financial oversight; owner customer service issues; by-laws and governance; compliance with city, state and federal laws, and acted as point person overseeing multiple renovation projects $400k+ across the property. Selected General Contactors; conducted negotiations; reconciled invoices to contracted deliverables; and represented the Board on issues such as permitting, etc. Part of the team that set up the Foundation, served on the committee for the expansion into Florida, and lent business and financial expertise from the start up through maturation of the Foundation’s operations (2010 – 2013).Serves as a community volunteer in multiple organizations on an ongoing basis.
