Vince is a commercial real estate investment professional. He currently leads Green Street's U.S. Industrial and Mall research teams where he conducts property-specific, company-level, and sector-level valuation analyses, maintains detailed net asset value and earnings models, and writes research reports on pervasive industry topics. Vince has also covered the strip center sector during his tenure at Green Street.Prior to joining Green Street, Vince was an analyst on the Global Trade & Supply Chain Finance team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised national retailers. Vince earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Dean’s Honors and Distinction, and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
