Managed over 100 scientists and engineers and a $40 million R&D budget in support of nine product categories including enteral feeding, respiratory care, regional anesthesia, radio frequency ablation, sterilization wrap and protective apparel. - Delivered a new product pipeline resulting in cumulative, five-year revenues exceeding $200 million with new products and line extensions contributing to 43% of the incremental growth from 2014-2017.- Led organization that increased patent submissions by 100% over three-year period- Led all technical assessment activities for new business development opportunities as a member of the Business Development Team consisting of the President, VP of Sales / Marketing and Director of Strategy- Rebuilt the New Concept and Technology group focused on bringing new platforms organically to KC Health Care.
