Responsibilities of Incident and Problem Management.Complete monitoring of all the instances, Tools used in monitoring SCOM, HPSC,HPSIM, DPPM, DPA, ECC, SNOWAdherence to SLAs as per the agreement and basic troubleshooting related tobackup
