In this role my focus was to increase manufacturing capacity while also keeping mind food safety and quality. I utilized lean manufacturing methods to progress improvements of existing processes and also added additional manufacturing line to increase productivity of manufacturing.- Process analysis and improvements using lean manufacturing methodologies- Commissioning manufacturing and processing equipment-Streamlined the reporting and data collection process to aid in key decision making and optimizing of production and packing lines
