I have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, where I learned the fundamentals of crop production, soil science, plant pathology, and farm management. I am currently a Farm Manager at Four Leaf Co., a hydroponic farm that runs on an NFT system and cultivates leafy greens and lettuces. I have been working at Four Leaf Co. since August 2021, first as an Assistant Farm Manager and then as a Farm Manager since March 2023. My core competencies include farm management, hydroponics, and analytical skills.As a Farm Manager, I oversee the daily operations of the farm, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, harvesting, and marketing. I also supervise and train the farm staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. I work with the latest technology and equipment to optimize the production and quality of the crops, using data and analytics to make informed decisions. I am passionate about sustainable and innovative farming methods, and I constantly seek new ways to improve the efficiency and profitability of the farm. I enjoy collaborating with other professionals in the agriculture sector, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
