• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.• Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.• Maintaining proper documents related to financial statement.• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.• Accounts payable• Ensuring that the payment of invoices is completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms.• Setting up vendor accounts and reconciling statements.• Reconciling intercompany transactions on regular basis.• Verifying and checking expenses claims.• Handling H.O, Branch and Inter Branch transactions.

• Daily accounts Updation• Follow up of outstanding debtors & Creditors• Bank & Branch reconciliation• Preparing salary statement• Documentation• Managing petty cash transactions.• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process• Maintaining Purchase & Sales Including Stock Register.• Control over all Accounting and Financial matters, Debit Note & Credit Note. • Preparing Profit & Loss Account on Monthly basis
