• Received the enquiry drawing from client.• Communicate with client regarding the project status and other technical details of panel board• Prepare the Technical submittal and submit to the customer for approval• Estimate the panel board as per enquiry drawing and project specification• Submit the quotation to client for approval• Follow up the status of quotation and revise the quotation if any changes on enquiry drawing• Visit the customer to ensure the order confirmation and discuss about the price and other technical details to finalize the order.• Received Purchase order from client and verify the price, quantity and other details.• Submit the shop drawing request to Design department to prepare the drawing.• Received shop drawing from design department and submit to the client for approval.• Follow up the status of drawing and revise the drawing if any changes required• Received approved drawing from client and proceed the panels to production• Prepare the Bill of material of entire components and arrange the material with lower cost• Follow up the production status and inform to the customer• Prepare the Delivery schedule of all panels under the PO and submit to the customer• Correct instruction to be given to each employee to finish the work on pre-scheduled time.• Invite the customer for inspection of panel boards and make necessary arrangement for testing• Satisfy the customer about our product quality and service• Receive the Inspection Release Note from customer and prepare the packing list of all items under that PO• Make necessary arrange for the delivery and dispatch the material from our factory• Inform site engineer to receive the material and other reference documents like delivery notes• Submit the invoice and signed delivery note to account department and requested to process the payment

• Received the request for shop drawing from Sales department• Design the panel board as per quotation by considering the compact size andminimize the busbar length• Submit the shop drawing and datasheet to the client for approval• Follow up the status of drawing and revise the drawing if any update required ondrawing• Received Final Approved drawing from client and verify the quotation &purchase order with final approved drawings• Prepare the Production drawing as per customer approved drawing and correctthe drawing if any comments on approved drawing and inform the estimationdepartment if any price impact.• Draw the detailed dimensional Auto cad drawing as per panel construction.• Convert the AUTOCAD program into JETCAM CNC program and Entering the instruction JETCAM machine.• Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.• Giving input to the CNC Operator about programming, setting up, and operating a CNC machine sheet size and punching die details.• Verifies settings by measuring positions, make sample piece when large quantities of panel needed.• Maintains specifications by observing pending, welding, grinding and painting operations.• After completion of fabrication work, Giving intimation to production manager about job details.• Maintains safety operations as per Company QA/QS procedures and regulations• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance actions and following manufacturer's instructions. If any malfunctions happened calling for troubleshooting.• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
