Preparing & processing requisitions, though, ERP, MES.● Maintain all Inventory Details on Daily Basis.● Maintain the record of Materials opening balance, inflow, out flow and so the closing balanceondaily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.● Maintain OK stock as per production plan.● Daily Basie ERP report generation in job work balance status inventory status for raw material &consumableitems.● Issue of material as per BOM to Kitting/ Production wise● Arranging repairing Material.● Provide Necessary Material to Assembly and Packing Line.● Tracking of material and prepare ERP Report (Material Tracking Report) &Control the Material Loss.● Controlling the inventory though periodic inventory verification.● Daily tracking of all material and child parts required for production and ensuring availability.● Close follow up with logistics for on time delivery and related issues.● Daily, monthly, quarterly and annually rating and monitoring all TP ok stock Material and team.● Plan and manage large scale warehouse operations and floor material storage.
