JOB ROLE:-Planning of preventive & breakdown maintenance for in house machinery and on field sites.-Handling of manpower.-Supervision of day to day maintenance activities.-Vendor evaluation, follow-up with vendors for development of machine.-Preparation of management periodic assessment reports.MECHANICAL SKILLS:-Knowledge of 2D & 3D designing on Solidworks & AutoCAD software’s.-Exposure of different type of conveyor systems, & mechanical components used in machines. ELECTRONIC’S & ELECTRICAL SKILLS:-Troubleshooting of electronics card’s and system’s.-PLC programming on Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Allen Bradley software’s & their H.M.I’s. -Exposure with AC & DC drives Troubleshooting and parameters details.-Exposure of stepper & servo motors and their drives and its interfacing with PLC’s.-Familiar with Pneumatics & Hydraulic systems, Relay’s, Contactors, Sensors, Power supplies etc.-Basic knowledge of microcontroller’s and its programming. -Knowledge of vision inspection systems.
