A Mechanical Engineer with experience of approx. 7 years in HEMM (Mines-Maintenance).Responsibilities-• Monitor and supervise the daily job activities of section.• Equipment scheduled and preventive maintenance planning and monitor their timely execution, using checklist for improving availability of equipment`s to achieve reduction targets.• Keeping record of maintenance activity of the equipment & maintain checklist as per DGMS guideline.• Equipment spare parts planning and management.• Communicate the management guideline in downline effectively.• Execution of safety, 5s, housekeeping & shift working.• Root cause analysis and corrective action plan.• Kaizens to enhance the overall productivity of Equipments.• Study & analyze all cost factors of maintenance activities, identify & implement action to minimize cost of maintenance.• Ensure zero harm to man/machine. Supervise and ensure installation and working of all safety devices of equipments as per DGMS guidelines.
