I worked as an intermediary between various stakeholders, such as clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and manufacturers, to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.My core competencies include creating and updating BIM process/management roadmaps, establishing KPIs, creating BIM execution plans, managing BIM budgets, improving clients' BIM knowledge, and providing support for digital engineering consultancy, project management, people management, training programs, assessment and modules.
