Managing DAS business from finance partner, and doing the budgeting and variance analysis on the monthly and quarterly basis

Handling a team ~10 people and for Accounting and External reporting and FP&A

1) Responsible for running management reports and providing monthly business and financial results to management and businesses, co-working with onshore business finance colleagues.2) Provide and review financial data related to Staff Groups which includes reporting key metrics.3) Performing variance analysis of key P&L results and assist the onshore leadership team in business reviews.4) Planning and forecasting of Cost center level expenses and regularly tracking & comparing the actual with plan/forecast.5) Update/review expenses forecast for business functions on a monthly basis and upload it on Essbase.6) Reviewing financials for associated cost centers and explaining variance to the business through a detailed commentary; thereby highlighting the gaps where restructuring is required.
