• Responsible for end to end process of recruitment.• Responsible for completing Joining formalities for their Staffing Vertical.• Sourcing the candidates through ADVERTISEMENTS, REFERENCES, and Database Search of Job Portals like Naukri, Monster.• Responsible for the full hiring cycle.• Source candidates from Job portals.• Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience.• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization.• Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates.• Scheduling final interviews with the management group and follow up on the feedbacks.
