- Played a significant role in one of the biggest PeopleSoft implementation projects namely Poornata @ Aditya Birla group.- Created a strong PeopleSoft Practice Team at CMSS.- Joined a client (Aditya Birla Group) as a Junior PeopleSoft Consultant and became the Team Lead of the project in less than 2 years.- By the time I left CMSS, after 5 Years, I was leading all PeopleSoft activities at CMSS.- I was also handling several major clients.- My tenure with CMSS has been a great learning experience of working with a multitude of client organizations on a plethora of interesting and challenging projects.

- CMSS provides “totally integrated solutions” for Software Products, Application Engineering, and Professional Services. - I Joined CMSS as a Junior Developer in ASP.NET (C#) in 2006.- My first assignment was developing an online Hotel Management and Online Booking system in ASP.net (C# language).- The assignment involved designing the system, presenting the system to the client, and implementing the entire application. - We successfully completed the entire application in less than 6 Months.

- Served as the Tech Lead of Project Poornata by the Aditya Birla Group.- The project encapsulated the implementation of the PeopleSoft 8.9 HCM system across 70 Indian companies and 23 overseas companies under the umbrella of the Aditya Birla Group.- Being centrally implemented, it is also the biggest Implementation of PeopleSoft 8.9 HCM in Asia.- With more than 30,000 manager cadet employees across the world, there were approximately 300 functional administrators, 10 PeopleSoft Technical Consultants, and 10 PeopleSoft Functional - Consultants to manage the application.- I joined the project as a Junior PeopleSoft Consultant. - However, my stellar performance in the first 2 years jump-started my career as their Project Technical Lead.

- ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is renowned for its innovative HR practices. Hence, they investment in PeopleSoft HRMS was a natural step forward.- They were in the process of having the organization SOX-compliant and wanted to get their PeopleSoft HRMS Application (PACE) authenticated by the centrally based Microsoft Active directory. For this, a team from CMSS was called in.- I was the Project Manager of the 3-member team for the 2-month assignment. - I was responsible for the design of the new security flow, implementation plan, and training plan.- The entire system was designed with a complete set of documents.- We went live a week before the defined deadline.- We received accolades from the senior-most managers in ICICI Prudential's PeopleSoft team on successfully completing this integration.- Based on the performance in this small assignment, we grabbed a much bigger responsibility of carrying out a complete PeopleSoft Upgrade.
