Also monetized the core in house developed application (LIMS) by offering the product to both national and international tie ups and in the process of setting up the first private cloud platform to host a degree of in house applications and services for our customers.Bottom line impact includes a 1.3% overall positive EBITDA impact by virtue of cost optimizations within IT and a process efficiency improvement of approx. 12.6% due to digital processes at company level (calculated by 3rd party audit teams).As part of the Digital Transformation roadmap, introduced new technologies in Artificial Intelligence – NLP by virtue of bringing in B2B and B2C Chat bots, Process Automation bots using RPA, and Cloud Initiatives with a view on overall cost improvisation by reducing manpower and improving efficiency in Digital Pathology space.Vineet during this time, contributed to opening new revenue streams – working closely with Brand andProduct Marketing teams, introduced new Smart Products and multiple lead generation channels.
