Vineeth Bhat is an Executive Director at i-POINT. He is responsible for intellectual properties & service delivery for clients of i-POINT interactive. Vineeth has expertise in designing and developing web-based, technology platforms for learning initiatives, designed to scale up to support delivery of learning solutions to a large user base spread across geographies. He also brings expertise in designing analytic and reporting systems to monitor, evaluate and report learner behaviour and performance.He is also experienced in design of interactive and engaging learning content, applying instructional techniques which enhance learning effectiveness.Earlier, he has been responsible for designing and delivering technical courses and for managing IT services for Neo Learning Solutions, a company he co-founded.Prior to this, he was employed with Infosys to manage delivery of a group of projects for a Fortune 100 US based Life Insurance Major. He successfully setup software development teams and delivered large software development projects involving multiple technologies, including: Visual Basic, Power Builder/Oracle, J2EE/Java/JSP/Servlets)Vineeth holds a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from NITK, Surathkal.
