Current๐ฒ๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ - โ Conducting Comprehensive Inspections: Conducting internal, external, and on-stream inspections on a wide range of plant stationary equipment, including pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, drums, heaters/furnaces, tanks, pressure relieving devices, and piping systems.โ Thorough Examination: Diligently noting observations related to cracks, pits, thinning, and any signs of erosion, corrosion, or interior failure. Conducting interpretations of findings and analyzing them to assess potential failures. Preparing detailed inspection reports.โ Fitness for Service Assessment: Performing fitness for service assessments for different equipment and piping systems, defining the scope of corrective actions required, recommending appropriate corrective actions in consultation.โ Effective Coordination: Collaborating with operations planning and maintenance supervisors to schedule and plan inspections. Ensuring all necessary permits are obtained for specialized equipment audits.โ Quality Assurance and Control: Reviewing contractors repair procedure, inspection testing plan and personal qualification records.โ Testing Oversight: Personally witnessing hydrostatic tests and pneumatic tests on pressure equipment, piping system, storage tanks, valves, and pipelines, following codes and standards, end user specifications and procedures.โ Material Assessment: Conducting inspections of materials to assess preliminary failures in cases of process equipment and pressure relieving device failures. โ Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols during all inspection processes.โ Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and safety enhancements and proactively suggesting and implementing changes where needed.โ Documentation & Reporting: Reviewing and maintaining thorough and accurate records of inspections, findings, and actions taken.
