My journey began at Accenture, where I honed my skills as an Application Development Analyst. There, I designed and delivered functional SAP solutions to global clients, specializing in data management for large-scale cutover activities and Go-live procedures. My role involved not only technical delivery but also mentoring new team members and ensuring seamless project execution across multiple regions.Building on this experience, I pursued a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics at the University of Hertfordshire, where I focused on advanced research in AI-driven systems. A key project during this time was the development and integration of a chatbot system utilizing BERT, a state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM). This project involved designing the system architecture, implementing NLP capabilities with BERT, and integrating sentiment analysis to enhance user interactions. I also developed APIs using Flask and Ngrok to facilitate seamless communication between the chatbot and the game environment, culminating in a user-friendly interface within Unity.
