I have an overall experience of 4.6 years out of which initial 11 months of customer service executive and remaining 2 years as a process trainer with BPO industry. The domains that I have worked in, in BPO are e-commerce and Product and Process training, cross skill training, refresher training and OJT. I have also experience in TNA and content creation and delivering sessions and pulling the efficacy. Apart from that monthly assessments, assigning PKTs and sharing the coverage to Internal stake holders.
