Working as technical test manager for a complex project in the government sector. - Leading a team of technical testers to achieve high standard of technical testing and provide test deliverables including automation framework to the customer. - Achieved successful completion of a project milestone well before the deadline and with highest quality. - Responsible for coverage of technical & backend testing of applications. - Responsible for review of test deliverables and internal test artefacts. - Mentoring of team and providing training to new members in the project. - Supports recruitment of new people into testing space for Datacom. - Provides support and training to client test team. - Creation of detailed test plan and high level test cases which are discussed with the business stakeholders for approval before entering the test execution phase - Perform support to the UAT teams to help their testing before patching to live environment. - Understand business and system requirements, perform impact analysis, perform estimations for the project based on the complexity of the change, execute test cases and verify bug fixes. - Provide estimations for new releases and change requests.

Led a team for automating critical projects and also implemented automation solution for production systems. Was responsible for the Automation CoE of the larger TCoE program. Was part of the team which created and documented the design of TCoE for Telecom. Played the lead role for a team of 13 manual testers/analysts for next gen telecom project.Played the role of BAT co-ordinator for critical migration project.

Performed automation testing of orders and also maintenance of framework and application scripts for different releases. Performed proof of concept as a part of the automation expansion initiative.Implemented project planning and tracking activities.Mentored the team of 11 members.
