* Authorized WAP receiver in SAWCOD Sites & responsible for conducting pre job safety meetings and preparation of Work permit.* Installation & maintenance of Breathing air Cascade system and Gas detection System.* Calibration and commissioning of Fixed & Wireless H2S and LEL Sensors, Personnel Monitors, Multi gas Detectors made by DETCON, OTIS, BW TECHNOLOGY, MSA and INDUSTRIAL SCIENTIFIC.* Physical inspection of Breathing Apparatus and Trouble Shooting of Negative Pressure and Positive Pressure of mask, Failure of Demand Valve, Alarm, Work line leak, etc. made by MAS & Scott.* Carry out all the maintenance jobs as per the schedule and client’s requirement. Prepare maintenance records. * Conducting H2S Briefing session with all on board personals and training them with donning and doffing of BA sets and Work line connections. Conduct H2S Drills. * Checking and overhauling of all types of electric and diesel high pressure BA compressors and prepare the operation log sheets. Perform weekly Air purity test and Certification as per CGA standards.

* Knowledge of all kinds of tube bending, crimping, cutting and routing.* Designing and installation of Breathing Air Cascade system in Rigs (Offshore and Onshore)/Platforms/Barges/Vessels. * Designing and installation of containerized Cascade System with wall mounted Regulator panels, SCBA filling station and cylinder racks.* Design and preparation of High pressure to low pressure regulators panel and filling station.* Pressure testing of B.A Cascade system including high pressure and low pressure lines and final commissioning of Air Looping System.* Knowledge of Fixed and wireless gas detection system made by Honeywell.* Knowledge of Breathing apparatus Inspection and troubleshooting.

India

* To study the isometric drawing received from the clients and to identify the pipe lines and carry out the inspection work.* Check flow direction arrows on valves; verify that they are properly identified and valves are installed in accordance with flow direction.* Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details.* Monitoring the QA/QC Documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all the activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis and can be traced according to our requirements.* Supervise and Inspection of cold and hot insulation, cladding on piping and equipment.
