 In charge of repairs & maintenance of vehicles and equipments at site & in the workshop.  Design, Implement and monitoring periodic & preventive maintenance schedule for the complete fleet and maintain correct records. Prepare material & spare parts requisition, checking genuinity, comparing prices etc. Monitor effective maintenance & repairs of all equipment & vehicles and test before putting them back in use.  Maintain service records and monitor stores inventory  Coordinate with the Land Transport Authorities, Inspection and Load testing services for certification.  Lead a team of skilled mechanics, auto electricians, denters, painters, welders.etc. Supporting the department’s daily, weekly, monthly reports (hour meter, stand by, breakdown, stock reports) as per the scope of work in project sites. Prepare and Maintain records such as Daily check lists, Work orders, Job cards, Maintenance books, Tyre life, Greasing report and report to Plant Manager and Top management. Provide support to Operations Personnel to ensure that all environmental and safety standards are met.
