•Manage and Coordinate with Mall IT Team to maintain shopping Malls IT infrastructure such as Security Camera system with MOI compliance, Datacenter, Footfall systems, Parking Management Systems, Parking Guidance Systems, Intelligent Building Management systems, Public addressing systems, Gift card systems, Wayfinding solutions, Shopping Malls WIFI solutions, Digital Raffle Promotions systems•Create, maintain, and update the IT policies and procedures.•Ensure that the IT staff is highly trained in the use of technology and hardware.•Develop and implement a plan for updating and replacing technology as needed.•Monitor performance and security of the IT systems and services.•Liaise with vendors to provide technical assistance and advice. • Monitor and control the budget for IT related expenses.•Manage the maintenance and installation of hardware and software.•Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely manner.
