Involved in Project Management roles of Construction Projects - 5 star hotel - Dubai, University Building - Al Ain, Mixed use building - Abu Dhabi, 4 schools-Al Ain.

Reporting to Company Owner, Managing estimation / tendering of construction contract bids - involved in over +100 bids, supported major projects in managing and negotiating variation claims.

Project Management of large capacity industrial effluent treatment plant - turnkey projects, 2 projects JK Pharma & Chemplast Ind. in Tamil Nadu state and 1 project Reliance Industries Hazira in Gujarat state

Construction site management of commercial / technical buildings - HUDCO village South Extn-II , Research Hall of Nuclear Science Centre.
