1) Planning and supervising the site works in conformity with all quality documents based on quality & safety required by the project.2) Ensure all electrical installation as per approved drawings and specification3) To monitor the progress of work in relation with the work program and to report to the project manager.4) Making sure that safe working practices are maintained at all times.5) Material management at site.6) Knowledge in HVAC system,Fire alarm system,BMS system.7) Knowledge in preparation of documents like material submittals,RFI,MIR,IR etc.8) Conduit work for lighting,power distribution & communication lines.9) Supervised MV cables,LV cables,control cables,communication cables according to cable schedule.10) Installation of cable trays,cables,switch gears & grounding systems.11) Conducting cable testing,laying & termination.12) Doing pre commissioning tests including insulation resistance test of MV cables,LV cables,LV busbars,motors,alternator & transformer.13) Installation & termination of all DB,SMDB,MCC,PCC,APFC panels as per approved shop drawings.14) Installation of transformer(upto1.5MVA),DG(upto500KVA).15) Testing,commissioning of lighting,small power system & panels,performing with different test like insulation resistance test(IR),continuity,polarity,RCD testing,earth fault loop impedance test,functinal test,lux testing & fluke test for network cables.

Preventive maintenance of all electrical&mechanical equipments,BMS Operation,keep daily,monthly,yearly electrical consumption report,Documentation work in engineering department,Handle the duties in control room like assigning duties to technicians,checking the level of water,diesel.DG operation,switching on steam boiler,Chiller and hydroneumatic pump operations.

Handling Guest room complaints,Checking of electrical DB,Control room operations,prepare daily,monthly,weekly electrical consumption report,Taking electrical,chiller,water readings in control room,PM of AHU,FCU,TFA,Kitchen and Laundry equipments,cold rooms etc.
