• All day-to-day operational matters of near-shore and onshore Geotechnical Investigation i.e., project planning, time schedule, kick-off meeting, work orders to site supervisor, monitoring site operations, site inspections, laboratory testing program, project progress meetings, site data collection and management, data analysis and report generation. • To be the first contact point for the client, consultant, authorities, and sub-contractors’ management, establish and maintain a good working relationship.• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical, geotechnical or geologic data to plan projects.• Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, samples and other documents submitted by the sub-contractors. • Supervise a team of sub-contractors/technicians in carrying out projects in accordance with established schedules & procedures to ensure they are operating safely and meet Company standards. • Monitoring the overall project activities, ensuring completion of the project within a specific time frame and budgetary.• Supervise & monitor geotechnical activities (Drilling/CPT Tests/ Field Tests/Pressure Grouting/ Ground Improvements) and prepare inspection reports. • Ensure compliance at all times with Permit to work procedure, safety procedure, Environmental Health, Safety and security procedures, as well as occupational health and safety regulations.• Conducts TBT, TI, LMRA for crew and ensure safety measures are in place as stipulated in JSA prior to starting the job.• Supervision of in situ tests like Permeability (Falling Head, Constant Head, Slug test, Packer), Pressuremeter etc.• Have a proactive attitude towards safety of personnel and equipment through compliance with Company's Environmental Health and Safety policies, procedures and standards.• A complete understanding of BS 5930: 1999 & ASTM D2488: 2000 for logging of Soil and Rock for Civil Engineering Purposes.

Responsibilities:• All day to day operation matters of Near-shore and Onshore Geotechnical Investigation i.e. Project Plans, Site inspections, Daily Reports, Daily drilling work program, Work Orders to drillers and Laboratory testing program for geotechnical projects.• Project planning, preparation of project information sheets and project schedules.• Supervision of ground investigations for different on-shore and near-shore projects.• Coordinating with client representatives during the execution of the project.• Perform site visits, investigations and create inspection reports.• Monitoring of field work (Rotary / Percussion / CPT Machines). • Project planning, Preparation of Project Information sheets and Project Schedules.• Carrying out Site walk over surveys, as part of site reconnaissance.• Supervision of ground investigation for different on-shore and near-shore projects.• Preparation of Daily Progress Report of the project.• Coordinating with client representatives during the execution of the project.• Carrying out of in situ tests like Permeability (Falling Head, Constant Head, Packer), Pressuremeter etc.• Installation of Standpipe and Piezometers and Monitoring of ground water levels.• Logging of Soil and Rock Samples as per BS 5930: 1999 ‘Code of Practice for Site Investigation’.• Preparation of Laboratory schedules as per the requirement of the project.• Monitoring of Piezo Cone Penetration Tests (PCPTs) and Dynamic Cone Penetration Tests.• A complete understanding of BS 5930: 1999 ‘Code of Practice for Site Investigation’ and BS 1377: 1990 ‘Method of test for Soils for Civil Engineering Purposes’.• Project Progress meetings.• Preparation, initial checking and submission of the Geotechnical Factual reports to Lead Engineer.

Responsibilities:• All day to day operation matters of Geotechnical Investigation i.e. Site inspections, daily reports, daily drilling work program, work orders to drillers and laboratory testing program for geotechnical projects.• Project planning, preparation of project information sheets and project schedules.• Supervision of ground investigations for different on-shore and near-shore projects.• Coordinating with client representatives during the execution of the project.• Perform site visits, investigations and create inspection reports.• Monitoring of field work (Rotary / Percussion / CPT Machines). • Prepare visual description of Rock and Soil strata as per BS 5930: 1999 ‘Code of Practice for Site Investigation’.• Preparation of laboratory test schedule as per the requirement of the project.• Prepare draft borehole logs based on visual description and laboratory test results. • Preparing and initial checking of the Geotechnical reports prior to the submission for approval of Geotechnical Manager.• A complete understanding of BS 5930: 1999 ‘Code of Practice for Site Investigation’ and BS 1377: 1990 ‘Method of test for Soils for Civil Engineering Purposes’.• Identify, label and store the sample properly as per the defined procedure. Prepare monthly disposal sheet.• Maintenance / Calibration of Rig / CPT Machines.
