Kms with three border outposts being in close vicinity of the Indo-Myanmar border.Carried out the initial threat assessment and operational appreciation of the area to identify potential security challenges. Set up new border outposts, lines of communication, surveillance grid and intelligence network. As part of the Ceremonial Battalion to the President of India, as my battalion's Second in Command, was responsible for HR management, general administration, security, compliance, discipline, event planning & execution and ceremonial functions.Played a pivotal role in the planning and execution of major national events such as Republic Day and Independence Day 2015, as well as the visits of international dignitaries to Rashtrapati Bhawan, showcasing exceptional organisational and coordination skills and knowledge of government protocols.

Responsible for planning and conducting all operations in the highly active area of the Kargil-Batalik-Leh sector. Ensured incident-free deployment and rotation of 6000 troops in extreme high-altitude posts (between 15000 to 18000 Feet), demonstrating expertise in risk assessment and crisis management.Successfully planned and executed 16 high-altitude helicopter-based casualty evacuations, highlighting competence in high-pressure decision-making and operational efficiency.Prepared SOPs on risk management and security for military units and installations.
