I conceptualized and conducted various market research studies for product development, brand improvisation and copy writing. I’ve been instrumental in the planning, designing and executing the company launch campaign in the most cost effective manner. I devised cost and pricing strategies for brands, established the entire process of supply chain management and looked after its implementation and maintenance. Excellent management of CFA automation and pioneering an online billing system for effective and cost saving CFA operations were things that were credited to my efforts.

I administered a portfolio containing respiratory, gastro and antibiotics worth 40 crores. My team comprised a Product Manager, Product Executive and Management Trainees. I was Instrumental in identifying, strategizing and planning of latest blockbuster in Gastro, Lafutidine (Lafaxid) and played a pivotal role in the launch of Cortimax (Deflazacort -6 crs), Nukast (Levocetrizine + Montelukast – 4 crs), Brophyle (Acebrophyline – 3 crs) to strengthen Respiratory segment; Augtaz (worth 5.5 crores), Scud XP (worth 4 crores). My role also included liaising with other departments like Medical (Research), Finance, Distribution, HR and Commercial for business development and revenue generation.

I handled the product portfolio comprising antibiotics, hepatoprotectives and neutraceuticals, was responsible for brand positioning, new product feasibility studies, market research and launches, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, market and brand analysis. I was actively involved in new product development with R&D and developed innovative ways of communication with doctors and field force. I successfully launched Lornit (7 crs), Augtaz (5.5 crs) and Scud XP (4 crs) during my tenure.

•Launched Delhi operations of two SBUs in 2002 and was responsible for sales promotion and implementation of company strategy as a Regional Manager.•Involved in business development and revenue generation through corporate hospitals and institutes as a Regional Manager.
