Vineet Kumar brings with him over 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry. He is entrepreneur and founder of Innovyt. Before starting Innovyt Vineet held Executive and technical leadership position at Harman and Aditi Technologies. As Chief Operating Officer of Aditi Technologies, Vineet managed global delivery including upstream and transformation projects. A large part of his role at Aditi, entails accelerating the company’s ability to bring innovative products to customers, fast. In the course of his career, Vineet has an outstanding reputation for continuously designing and perfecting the balance of processes & systems to build world-class agile enterprises. What sets him apart are his forward thinking approach, intrepid attitude and constant emphasis on team building, optimizing business processes and the art of shipping fast. Prior to his current role, Vineet has held multiple senior positions within the company, including Managing Director, leading Aditi's consulting practice and working closely with Microsoft to develop solutions for enterprises and ISVs in North America and Europe. Vineet has worked for Talisma, Network Programs India, and the Electronics Research and Development Center of India before joining Aditi. Vineet holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, India and an Advanced Managed Program from Harvard Business School.
